"Breakfast was freshly prepared every morning which was a mix of fresh homemade bread, cheeses, vegetables and fruit. Also available was homemade granola and jams. Joost also prepared a fresh egg for me every morning. Everything was beautifully presented, fresh and delicious and I would highly recommend taking the breakfast option during your stay. The accommodation, I stayed in a Yurt, was so comfortable. ..."

"Our family of 5 stayed in Valle de Oro and it was the absolute highlight of our holiday in Spain. We stayed in the 2 Yurts and it was wonderfully relaxing, even during the rainy nights. Only downside was the Yurt beds are so comfortable and the atmosphere so tranquil that we had a hard time getting up and out in the morning! Truly the property looks exactly like the pictures No detail has been overlooked at this bed & breakfast. Bathroom fixtures are equally charming and luxurious, the food is incredibly fresh and delicious (from the chickens and trees on the property!), We would return in an instant! ..."

"Valle de Oro offered a very comfortable stay with so so much more! The B&B is located in the gorgeous countryside surrounded by olive trees and the sounds of nature. It was therefore quiet, and peaceful while being near hiking and biking trails, and short distances to other adventurous activities or day trips to nearby cities. Tatienne and Joost were outstanding hosts who, every day, went above and beyond to help me feel at home and to delight all their guests with creative, healthy and delicious meals and drinks. They are gifted in the kitchen! There is even a yoga space to keep up one’s practice. The room was clean and thoughtfully decorated with unique collectibles from the hosts’ extensive travels. "We stayed in the self-catering 'casita' a couple of weeks ago (August 2025) and it probably became my favourite summer holiday! With my children (20 and 17), we could travel easily to visit Granada, El Torcal, El Caminito Del Rey, and Antequera; but we could also lounge by the lovely pool and enjoy the sun in the quiet gardens. The rooms we had were equipped with absolutely everything we needed. However, we did choose to have one breakfast and one 4-course evening meal (all homemade, almost all from the gardens we were sitting by) that were very much worth it....."

"An immaculate hospital, rural retreat with a wonderful pool and grounds. A beautiful rustic villa situated in the countryside tastefully adorned with an eclectic eastern motif, which is hard to do well. But they have done it authentically with a personal. The food is delicious and healthy. I highly recommend breakfast and also the dinners when they are offered. Overall I am very impressed by the personal hospitality and welcoming atmosphere provided by the hosts. Thanks so much!"

"Casa Valle de Oro is a must-have in Andalusia. From first contact to goodbye with further contacts, much more than you expect. The hosts Tatienne and Joost are more than welcoming! Make sure you enjoy breakfast and dinner with them. Everything is freshly prepared, mostly from their own garden. The field is absolutely quiet with wide views. The extra highlight, the swimming pool. We changed our plans and stayed another day."
